Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 7-10 working days of receiving the advance payment. In case of any change or delay beyond this period, it will be intimated by telephone to the customer.
Delivery time
Time taken for delivery depends on the location of the destination. You will be intimated about the tentative time by telephone if needed.
Shipping rates
Delivery can be either free or charged at the discretion of the company. In case the delivery is on charged basis then it will be intimated to you before making payments.
Returns and Cancellation Policy
Goods, once ordered, are not returnable and the orders cannot be canceled. In case of any complaints or damages, it will be dealt with as per the warranty provided.
If the customer does not receive the goods sent on a COD basis and the goods are returned to the company, advance paid by the customer for the same shall be forfeited.
